Pastor LaVonne Carson serves as the Senior Pastor of Hope Christian Church in Hammond, Indiana, where she faithfully leads a vibrant congregation through a spirit-led journey of faith, community, and transformation. She is also the Executive Director of the Hope Center of Northwest Indiana, a nonprofit outreach initiative dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families through food ministry, education, and empowerment programs.

With a passion for both spiritual and social renewal, Pastor Carson has been instrumental in revitalizing ministries, launching youth and educational programs, and building strategic partnerships that strengthen community ties. Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation at Purdue Global, Pastor Carson is focused on equipping churches and community organizations with the tools they need to thrive in today’s complex world.
